Nita Umashankar
Marketing Ph.D. students Nita Umashankar and Saim Kashmiri took home top research honors at the winter meeting of the American Marketing Association Feb. 19-22 in New Orleans. Umashankar won first place in the 2010 Fisher IMS & AMA SERVSIG Dissertation Proposal Competition for her paper, “Rethinking Revenue Generation: Cross-selling in Customer Service.”
When we formalized our strategic plan in 2009 there were two initiatives identified under Leadership in Business Education: Intellectual Influence and Teaching Excellence.
