Some economists may be predicting accelerated growth over the coming years, but “you shouldn’t believe that at all,” according to Tom Gilligan, dean of the McCombs School of Business, who was among the experts at the Texas Enterprise Speaker Series talk titled, "The Economy in 2013--Now What?”
Recent recruiter and student satisfaction surveys show many strengths in the Texas BBA program, plus areas to improve, including an increased focus on entrepreneurship and international business; and restructuring the BBA core curriculum.
Several recent fundraising milestones emphasize the important work being done at the school, from entrepreneurship and real estate programs to creating scholarships and reconnecting with alumni. We should all be proud.
