The McCombs research initiative SpamRankings.net is beginning to gain traction in the war against spam as an underlying weaknesses in IT security.
The academic legend, widely considered to be a father of management science, was a prolific researcher who was at the forefront of a new way of studying business, emphasizing scientific rigor and integrating disciplines. He was also a fixture on campus, coming to work nearly every day until just a few weeks before his death.
The former lobbyist, on campus to discuss ethical decision making, doesn't see himself as especially good or bad: "Like everybody, [I’m] somewhere in between, being tugged by both inclinations and aspiring to be better and being disappointed when I’m not.”
