New research by Bloomberg Businessweek found that at about a third of the top 30 U.S. business school, women earn less than men, post-MBA. Based on last year's statistics, women from McCombs' fulltime MBA program do better.
The full-time Texas MBA Class of 2012 women out-earned the men from that class for the first time in McCombs history, proving that perhaps an MBA is the key to evening the gender pay gap.
