Dusty Jones, MSTC '12, wowed judges with his startup, tech-hiring firm TrueAbility, winning first place at Startup Weekend San Antonio July 21 and 22.

Founded by Jones and three fellow former Rackspace employees, TrueAbility helps companies hire technical employees by providing online based technical skill assessments. The first-place prize package includes commission-free equity rounds with EarlyShares.com and free legal and marketing services.

TrueAbility expects to launch its beta version in the next two months, reports MySanAntonio.com.
